We develop a formula to your strength, flavour and format targets, sample it, and refine it with you until it is right. Elsewhere this is often sold as white label or OEM.

Every value below is confirmed in writing, and in a sample you have approved, before anything is produced.
Most projects reach production in eight to twelve weeks. The longest part is getting the sample right, which is the part worth taking time over.

Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory before it is released, and leaves with its certificate of analysis. The results are yours to keep, and to show your regulator.

Declared mg per pouch verified to ±10%. Out-of-spec batches are destroyed, not downgraded.
Test 02
Lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury screened against food-contact limits.
Test 03
Total viable count, yeast and mould, and pathogen screening on every batch.
Test 04
Tobacco-specific nitrosamines, tested to confirm non-detection. There is no leaf in the supply chain.
Factories use those words differently, so we define our models by one question: whose recipe is it? Private label uses ours, custom formulation is developed for you, and contract manufacturing runs yours. If you are unsure, say so in the enquiry and we will recommend one.

We produce it. Send finished artwork, or we prepare print-ready files from your brand assets. Brand strategy and identity design stay with you.
The ones your target market requires. Warning text, nicotine content and batch print are set per market and cannot be removed from the design. Artwork is checked before production, and we decline designs aimed at young people.
A certificate of analysis for every batch, the final specification, and the product documentation you need for filings in your market. The filings themselves are yours.
